We are seeking a skilled, motivated, and highly professional IT Support Technician to join our technical operations team in Pune, Maharashtra. Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, operating systems (OS), and essential business applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 issues related to network connectivity (LAN/WAN/VPN), systems, printers, email, and proprietary applications with minimal downtime.
  • Execute regular preventative maintenance checks, system performance monitoring, and timely software/OS patching and updates.
  • Monitor network performance and implement basic security protocols to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
  • Provide technical support and training to staff members on IT best practices and new software implementations.
  • Maintain accurate IT asset records and manage the inventory of hardware and software licenses.

Qualifications & Technical Skills

  • Education: Diploma, B.Tech, B.E., or B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
